THIS DEED made this 30th day of July, 1975 by and be-

ties of the first, hereinafter called GRANTORS,and Henry J.

inafter called GRANTEES,

t11` That for and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY
1; THOUSAND DOLLARS ($180,000.00) of which amount $15,000.00 has
been paid in cash by the -GRANTEES to the GRANTORS, the receipt
Id of which is hereby acknowledged, and the balance of the purchase
. price of $165,000.00 is evidenced by thirty (30) deferred pur-

chase money bonds of GRANTEES of even date herewith, payable to
Edward O. McCue, Jr. , aggregating $165,000.00 and three bonds

cribed land, to be recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit

11 . deed, the GRANTORS do hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY,

in gross and not by the acre, unto Henry J. Price and Patricia
M. Price, as tenants by the entirety, with full rights of sur-
�! vivorship as at common law and not as tenants in common, with
{ GENERAL WARRANTY OF TITLE and ENGLISH COVENANTS, all that cer-
tain tract of land containing 13.11 acres situated in the County
of Albemarle, Commonwealth of Virginia and lying on the west
side of U.S. Highway 29 North and being all the remaining land
of Edward 0. McCue, Jr. situated between the 72.64 acres
