Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Ronald Eugene Riggs property described as Tax Map 27, Parcel 18,
Zoned RA, has made application for VA-88-64, requesting relief
from Section (s) 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as
follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10.4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes
to divide the property into two (2) parcels and seeks a
reduction of the lot area requirement from the minimum
of two (2) acres to one (1) acre and to reduce the front
setback from the required seventy-five (75) feet to
twenty-five (25) feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 11, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
