The applicant seeks a variance from Sections 4. 15. 3 . 3 and
15. 3 to increase the sign area allowed for an identification
sign from the maximum area of two (2) square feet to thirty-
nine (39) square feet and to reduce the required setback for
an identification sign from twenty-five (25) feet to one (1)
foot.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 11, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
