The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on August 29, 1978, gave
{ conditional approval to the above referenced plat subject to` :
1 1. Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation approval of entrances
(minimum of 275 feet of sight distance) ;
2. Combine lots 4 and 5 or lots 5 and 6 to meet 4 acre requirement (2 dwelling

DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: Restore Fray Division Plat to originally intended
lot allocations per plat originally dated 7-18-1978 which met frontage
reguirementsof 150' per lot.
JUSTIFICATION FOR REQUEST: The 2nd dwelling unit on Lot 5 no longer exists.
It should be noted that a requirement to comply with the Code as amended
8-14-85 requiring 250' frontage per lot would not only create legal problems
associated with a shared internal road, but would also have adverse environ-
mental impact on the existing 12' Drainage Easement bordering the lot.
