This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Dr. Martin Schulman (applicant) property described as Tax Map 56,
Parcel 67, Zoned RA, has made application for VA-88-73 , requesting
relief from Section (s) 4 . 12 . 6. 6.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 4. 12 . 6. 6.2 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the number of
off-street parking spaces for a veterinary hospital from the
required thirty (30) spaces to sixteen (16) spaces.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
