Parcel 15 (part of) , Zoned RA, has made application for VA-88-74,
requesting relief from Section (s) 10.4 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10. 4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front setback
from the required seventy-five (75) feet to forty-eight (48)
feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 11, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
