It is my understanding that there is an agreement with the City of Charlottesville (VSMP authority) that will provide VSMP plan permit review/coverage for this land disturbance (provide us proof/copy of this agreement). Otherwise, submit a VSMP plan for review. The proposed land disturbance is over 10000 sf. 2. TMP 61A-4 & 61A-3B property lines shown inaccurately. TMP 61A-4 extends further south. 3. State the proposed easements (drainage, sight, utility) that will be dedicated to the public outside VDOT ROW. 4. Show sidewalk outside of ROW in an easement. 5. VDOT entrance permit required. 6. Provide proposed street, stormwater, sanitary & waterline profiles. 7. Label entrances, curb & gutter with appropriate VDOT designations (CG-2, etc.). 8. Show road stationing on the site plan for ease of review, inspection and enforcement. 9. Provide VDOT flexible pavement design for proposed vehicle travelways. 10. Show 100’ (min) sight distance lines at all road vehicle intersections. 11. Show a 25’ curb radius for ‘private alley’ entrance and bulb cul-de-sac. [Design Std. Manual, pg. 20]
