This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Charles C. & Lynn P. Sisson, property described as tax map 80,
parcel 69, zoned RA, has made application for VA-88-78, requesting
relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance,
as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10.4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front
setback from seventy-five (75) feet to fifty-five (55)
feet to allow construction of a dwelling.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
November 8, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,

I am a close neighbor of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Sisson on
A. 616 in Albemarle County. I have seen the plans for
the addition to their home and know their property. In
my opinion their plans are fully in keeping with the higher
aesthetic and quality standards of our area and will have
no negative impact.
