• Please provide a list of the intended uses that will be allowed on the property if
the rezoning is approved. This can be done by taking the uses specified in the
Zoning Ordinance for HC Highway Commercial, and editing it as necessary. For
example, uses that won't be permitted can be identified by striking through the
text in the list.
