tax map 61X2 , parcel 4D, located at 200 Four Seasons Drive, zoned
PUD. The applicant seeks a variance from Sections 4 . 15. 3 . 5 and I
20. 8 . 6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to increase the
allowable sign area for an identification sign from two (2) square
feet to forty (40) square feet and to reduce the setback for the
sign from thirty (30) feet to one (1) foot.
