Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that M. Kirk Train
property described as Tax Map 57, Parcel 53F, Zoned RA, has made application
for VA-89-1, requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback for an
accessory structure from the minimum requirement of seventy-
five (75) feet to sixty-two (62) feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on February 14,
1989, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building,
401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
