Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that South 29 Land
Trust (owner) , Phil Rogers (applicant) , property described as Tax Map 46B2,
Parcel 01-4, Zoned PUD, has made application for VA-89-7, requesting relief
from Section 4.12.6.6. 1 (g. ) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as
follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 4. 12.6.6. 1 (g) of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the number of off-street
parking spaces to be provided for a recreational use from one
hundred fifty-four (154) spaces to twelve (12) spaces to allow
construction of four (4) tennis courts.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on February 14,
1989, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building,
401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
