Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that Donald
Lucero property described as Tax Map 33, Parcel 34A, Zoned RA, has
made application for VA-89-10, requesting relief from Section 10.4
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front setback for a dwelling
from the required seventy-five (75) feet to forty-eight (48) feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on March
14, 1989, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office
Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
