Due to a recent ordinance amendment, this proposed addition must meet a minimum of 75 feet from the front property line, 25 feet from the side property lines and 35 feet from the rear property line. In this case, the addition does not meet the required setbacks for the front and one side property line. Until this issue is resolved, your building permit will not be issued.
