Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that South
29 Land Trust property described as Tax Map 46B2, Parcel 01-4, Zoned
PUD, has made application for VA-89-12, requesting relief from Section
32. 7.6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 32. 7.6 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to waive the fire flow requirements as
prescribed by Insurance Service Offices (ISO) standards to allow
construction of three (3) indoor tennis courts.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on March
14, 1989, at 3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office
Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle
County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
