Evans Deputy Zoning Administrator RE: VA-89-13 , Ivy Commons Partnership DATE: April 11, 1989 I received a telephone call from Ruth Gibson at 9 : 50 a.m. on this date. Mrs. Gibson stated she was unable to come to the meeting because of a doctor's appointment, but did oppose any change in the development of the property or use of the property that would require a variance. She said the residential property should be protected. Also, I received a telephone call from George & Carolyn Batten at 10: 05 a.m. Mrs. Batten stated that she had a previous engagement and could not attend the meeting, but wanted to voice her opposition to the variance.
