Scottsville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. , property described as
Tax Map 130A1, Parcel 64, Zoned RA, has made application for
VA-89-30, requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10.4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the reduction of
the rear yard requirement of thirty-five (35) feet to
seventeen (17) feet, to allow an addition to the firehouse.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 9, 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.

plan stamped approved for you to keep on the site during construction and for your
