It is submitted for your review and comment . The purpose for the request is to gain approval to construct a Gazebo on lot 9 of Graemont . The Gazebo has been in our plans from the first moment we saw the lot . Denial of this request presents a hardship to the contract purchaser ( the undersigned) for the following reasons . 1 .This lot is the only one in Graemont that affords a view of the mountains and allows construction of a quality home surrounded by trees . The Gazebo site has the ability to view the mountains looking out over the road, out the entrance at the mountains . We never dreamed such a structure as a beautiful gazebo would require approval from the county. 2 .Attached please find a letter from the Graemont Property Owners Association, Inc. indicating their unanimous support for the gazebo on lot 9 . 3 . Granted permission to construct such a structure would result in increased county revenue through enhanced property value and the resulting real estate tax revenue . 4 . Such a structure will enhance the beauty of the whole Graemont subdivision as an attractive addition and conversation piece . 5 . Approval of this request would not set a precedent in Graemont , since this lot is unique in the subdivision. Lot 9 is strategically located for the application of a gazebo . Please give this matter your positive consideration. We look forward to the board ' s approval . Could you give this your hearty support?
