Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Faith Mission Home, property described as tax map 3 , parcel 1B,
zoned RA, has made application for VA-89-35, requesting relief
from Sections 10. 4, 4 .2 .4 . 1 and/or 4 .2 .4 . 2 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10. 4
to allow the reduction of the side yard requirement of
twenty-five (25) feet to three (3) feet to allow an addition
to the church. The applicant also seeks a variance from
Sections 4 . 2 . 4 . 1 and/or 4 . 2 .4 . 2 to locate a septic system on
slopes greater than 20 or 25 degrees respectfully.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 9, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
