Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Traditional Homes of Albemarle, property described as tax map 42 ,
parcel 37A2, zoned RA, has made application for VA-89-36,
requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10. 4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the reduction
of the rear yard requirement of thirty-five (35) feet to
twenty-eight (28) feet to locate a residential structure.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
May 9, 1988, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
