This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
John & Mary Lee Wall, property described as Tax Map 60A, Parcel
03-15, Zoned R-4 , has made application for VA-89-38, requesting
relief from Section 15. 3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
as follows:
The applicant seeks relief from Section 15. 3 to reduce the
side yard setback from 10 feet to 7 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
June 13 , 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
