Patterson, Zoning Administrator '(61A{'r DATE: August 7, 1989 RE: Division of Lawson Property - TM 31, Parcel 17 This memo serves to confirm in writing for the record, our discussion regarding the plat for the above-noted property. You may recall that with you in the office, I discussed this matter by telephone with Mr. St. John, County Attorney. In summary, this Department has no problem with the subdivision plat dated July, 1989 by Frank Gregg. The item of question is the area of proposed Tract B, in regards to the approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals of VA-89-39. While the variance approval letter states a lot size variance from 2.0 acres to 1.575 acres, Tract B at 1.205 acres meets the intent of the variance approval. In fact, Tract A as proposed (2.044 acres) complies with the Board of Zoning Appeals ' recommendation to design the subdivision such that one lot does conform to Section 10.4 Area Regulations. At the next available Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, I will present this subdivision plat for their information. If you have any further questions, please contact me.
