Subject: SUB-2018-160 Caliber Collision — Easement Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
[14-302 (A)(5) & 14-303 (L)] Public Easements; Public utility, drainage and sight
distance easements. Address the following:
Rev. 4 UPDATE: These comments have been sufficiently addressed for the
approval of this easement plat and therefore will not delay it further. Be aware
however, that both the Stormwater Facility Maintenance Agreement (through Ana
Kilmer) and the Stormwater Maintenance Facility Deed of Easement (though
enaineerina — John Anderson) will be reauired to be aparoved and recorded as
art of the WPO approval process.
16. [NEW COMMENT] Please address the following in reference to approval of this plat:
a) Please submit two or more signed and notarized original full-size plats for approval.
The County will keep on of the signed originals for our files. You will be contacted once
the signed plats are ready for pick up and recordation by you.
b) Please remember the Deed of Access and Abandonment, Deed of Stormwater
Drainage Easement (15' drainage easement across adjoining property) and the ACSA
Deed of Easement must be recorded with this plat and receipts for each of their
recordation must be forwarded to the planning reviewer prior to approval of the other
plat and the site plan.
c) In reference to the other two legal documents, mentioned above (comment #6 Rev. 4
UPDATE), follow the direction of Ana Kilmer and John Anderson about their approval
process and timing.
