Ruth C. Heede, property described as Tax Map 61W, Parcel 01-A-9A,
zoned Cl, has made application for VA-89-59, requesting relief
from Section 21.7. 1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as
follows:
The applicant seeks relief from Section 21. 7 . 1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback for a new sign
from thirty (30) feet to ten (10) feet, a reduction of twenty
(20) feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
August 8, 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA.
