The road name 'Brooke's Lane' is not acceptable. The County does not allow the use of apostrophes in road names anymore. Please have the road name shown as 'Brookes Lane' on the future plans before approval will be given. If you have any questions please contact this office directly. Rev. 1: The applicant should contact this office with a list of three (3) proposed road names to replace `Brooke Lane'. There is already a `Brook Road' existing and an additional number of road names that begin with the word `Brook'. Before selecting a road name you can consult the Road Name Index on our website for road names that are currently located in Albemarle County. The Road Name Index can be found here: http://www.albemarle.org/albemarle/upload/images/webapps/roads/ ARB (Heather McMahon) 1. No objection.
