High Street Charlottesville, VA 22902 Re: Bundoran Farm Lot F1 / 901 Carpenter Drive (TMP 08600-00-00-08000) - Preliminary Zoning Approval Dear Mr. Mayo: This letter is in response to your letter of July 8, on behalf of Christopher and Constance Hendy, regarding the structure under construction on Bundoran Farm Lot F1. After consultation with the County Attorney's office, it is my determination that pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-2311(C), the attached Preliminary Zoning approval dated November 14, 2018 is no longer subject to change, modification or reversal. Therefore, the location of the structure under construction and its related improvements are permitted in accordance with the approved plans (B201802174SF and WP0201900008). Any further additions or improvements must comply with the County's zoning regulations and other applicable requirements. If you are aggrieved by this determination, you have a right to appeal it within thirty (30) days of the date notice of this determination is given, in accordance with Section 15.2- 2311 of the Code of Virginia. If you do not file a timely appeal, this determination shall be final and unappealable. An appeal shall be taken only by filing with the Zoning Administrator and the Board of Zoning Appeals a notice of appeal which specifies the grounds for the appeal. An appeal application must be completed and filed along with the fee of $258. The date notice of this determination was given is the same as the date of this letter.
