Gentlemen:
Please be advised that your building permit has been reviewed
by this department. The addition to the front of the church
will be located 24 feet from the right-of-way. Due to a recent
ordinance amendment, the required setback is 75 feet from the
right-of-way. Therefore, a variance of 51 feet must be obtained.
Enclosed please find information regarding the variance process
along with a filing schedule. Until this matter is resolved,
no building permit may be issued. Please do not hesitate to
contact this office should you have any questions.
