Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Gregory or Elizabeth Davis property described as Tax Map 62,
Parcel 32D, Zoned RA, has made application for VA-89-71,
requesting relief from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10. 4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the required
front and side yard setbacks for a building addition. The
request for the front setback is for thirty (30) feet, a
reduction of forty-five (45) feet and the side is fourteen
(14) feet, a reduction of eleven (11) feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
September 12, 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
VA.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, VA.
