Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining owners, that G. Wayne
Gentry, property described as tax map 45E, parcel 01-F2, zoned
Rural Area, has made application for VA-89-74, requesting relief
from Section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as
follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10. 4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front
yard setback requirements from seventy-five (75) feet
to forty (40) feet, a thirty-five (35) foot variance to
allow a detached garage to be constructed.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
October 10, 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
