We are asking that this be increases to a 24.5 sq. ft. or 3z by 7 ft sign to adequately help people find their way to this property. 2 ft. by i ft. sign will greatly inhibit the ability to find this property. * The identification sign for the apartment community next doer to us is of the approximate size and shape that we are requesting, * The size and shape of the sign will not create an eyesore but will be well decorated and designed in a fashion to fit the contour of the land. (See atached drawing and picture). * We are asking for a variance to the set -back of 25 ft. so that the sign can be located as we have requested on the burm around the curve from the intersection. This area is being preserved with the current texture and landscaping as not to distrub current look of this area.
