Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that,
Farmer, Cox, Huff Associates Partnership, property described as
tax map 61W, parcel 02-05, zoned C-1, has made application for
VA-89-81, requesting relief from Section 21. 7 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 21. 7 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a freestanding
business sign to be located 6 feet from the right-of-way,
a variance of 24 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on,
September 19, 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second
Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
