Charlottesville, VA Per our attached letter we previously objected to a varience allowing a seperate entrance off VSH 676, for the property now onwed by Anthony T. Davis. Based on the development of the property now in progress and the builders attention to the attractiveness of the property we wish to withdraw any and all objections to the private entrance. The property value of the adjoining property has appreciated as a result of Mr. Davis's care in locating his dwelling and leaving a large buffer zone of trees between the highway and his dwelling.
