Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Steve and Dorothy Nicholas (owners) , property described as tax map
33, parcel 1G, zoned RA, Rural Area, has made application for
VA-89-91, requesting relief from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests a variance from Section 10.4 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the rear
yard setback requirement from 35 feet to 22 feet to allow
a deck (screened porch) to remain as built, a variance of 13
feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
Tuesday, November 14, 1989, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7,
Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
