Dear Mr. Kotarski,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 6-6-19. The requested changes are shown
on the attached graphics (twenty-four revised sheets from the site plan).
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed. Only items listed in the letter that are also listed and
clouded on the site plan sheets have been approved.
This is the First (1 s') Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: The Center at Belvedere SDP-2018-30 Letter of Revision #1
Dear Ms. Saternye:
The following is a summary of changes reflected in the Letter of Revision submission:
• Sheet C0.0: The Owner/Developer address and email address have been updated. Sheet C6.0, the
Stormwater Summary Plan, has been added to the plans.
• Sheet C1.3: A typical detail has been added for the new proposed retaining wall on the southwest side of the
parking lot.
• Sheet C4.0: Sidewalk near the loading area on the south side of The Center building has been revised. The
crosswalk closest to the Phase 2 recreation space leading from the parking lot to the building has been
removed and the sidewalk now merges with the neighboring sidewalk. A proposed retaining wall has been
added on the southwest side of the parking lot.
• Sheet C5.0: Roof leaders have been adjusted at the garden shed. The location of Structure 172 on the lawn
next to the loading area has been modified slightly. Grading throughout the parking lot and south of the
building have been modified due to the addition of the retaining wall on the southwest side of the site. All
drainage patterns remain the same with no increase in impervious surface.
• Sheet C5.1: Spot elevations have been revised in accordance with the grading revisions in the parking lot,
entrances, and around the loading area. The curb along the loading area has been called out as flush curb.
Additional spot shots have been added for top and bottom of the wall along the stairs on the east side of the
building near the garden shed. Spot shots have also been added for the proposed retaining wall on the west
side of the parking lot.
• Sheet C6.0: This sheet has been added to the L.O.R. plans. No revisions have been made to the drainage
areas.
• Sheet C6.2: Inlet and Pipe Calculations have been revised in accordance with modifications on sheet C5.0.
• Sheet C7.0: The proposed grade has been revised in Str 108 — Ex D-9 due to the revisions in surface
elevation in the parking lot. The elevation of the invert out of Pipe 151 from Structure 132 in the Building —
Str 130 profile has been modified in accordance with the storm pipe revisions due to the roof drains from the
garden shed. Str 174 — Str 100A has been revised due to the relocation of Structure 172 shown on Sheet
C5.0. Pipe 156 — Str 132 profile has been revised in accordance with the addition of the roof drains from the
garden shed.
• Sheet C7.1: The proposed grade in the Main to Domestic Waterline and Fireline to Building profiles have
been revised according to the revisions to proposed surface elevation on Sheet C5.0.
• E1.00-E2.10: The Photometric Plan and Lighting Cut Sheets have been revised according to the
modifications to the layout. The manufacturers and catalog numbers have been revised.
