Dear Mr. Hutchison:
Please be advised that your variance application, VA-89-100, will
be heard during the public hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on Tuesday, January 9, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , Second Floor, County
Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
It will be necessary for someone to be present to speak for the
variance application.

This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Mill Creek Industrial Land Trust (owner) , property described as
tax map 77, parcel 11D1, zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development has
made application for VA-89-100, requesting relief from Section
4 . 15. 3 . 5 and 20.8 . 6 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance as
follows:
The applicant requests a variance from Section 4 . 15. 3 . 5
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to increase
the size of an identification sign from 2 square feet
to 20 square feet, a variance of 18 square feet.
Applicant also requests a variance from Section 20 . 8 . 6
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the
required sign setback from Route 742 and Mill Creek
Parkway from 50 feet to 8 feet from each road, a
variance of 42 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
January 9, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
