This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Lewis E. & Joan S. Dameron; and Junior and Margaret V. Dameron
(owners) , (T/A Earlysville General Store) , property described as
tax map 31, parcel 38 , zoned C-1, Commercial, have made
application for VA-90-06, requesting relief from Section 21.7 . 1 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests a variance from Section 21.7 . 1 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front
yard setback from 30 feet to 18 feet to allow a breezeway
addition to remain as constructed, a variance of 12 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
February 20, 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
