The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [General Comment] Provide the TMP number and ownership information for the parcel
adjacent to Lot 33 on the east (likely Lot 32).
2. [14-302(A)4; 14-303(E)] Provide the deed book and page numbers for the private streets that
provide frontage for these lots.
3. [14-302(B)5] In Note #2 on the cover sheet, revise the zoning information to state that these
lots also are subject to ZMA2015-00001.
4. [14-303(D)] There is a discrepancy in the revised acreage for Lot 36 between what is shown in
the label for the lot on the survey and what is stated for the lot in the Area Summary table.
