This plat shows where the house was to be placed on the lot to accommodate the septic system. We had Mr. Bill Craun from the health department to show us where the system has to go, which is on the right side of the house. This lot has a large gulley in the center, so this is the only place a system can be placed. As you can see on the plat the house is in violation of county setback requirement. Wq are asking that you please give us consideration for a varance so we can build a house for Ms. Feggans . Many thanks for your help in this matter.
