Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that
Phillip and Tammy Jamerson (owners) , property described as tax map
90, parcel 14B1, zoned RA, Rural Areas, have made application for
VA-90-14, requesting relief from Sections 4 . 15. 3 . 1 and 30. 5. 2 . 2 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 4 . 15. 3 . 1 of
the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to increase the
aggregate area of an identification sign from 4 square feet
to 5.75 square feet, a variance of 1. 75 square feet, and from
Section 30. 5.2 .2 to reduce the required front yard setback
from 150 feet to 1 foot, a variance of 149 feet for the
location of an identification sign.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
March 13 , 1990, at 3 : 00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7 , Second Floor,
County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville,
Virginia.
