Wood (owner) , property described as Tax Map 45B(1) , Parcel 1B, Zoned HC, Highway Com- merical, has made application for VA-90-18, requesting relief from Section(s) 4. 15.3.7 and 21.7.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows: The applicant requests a variance from Section 4.15.3.7 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to increase the total square footage for wall signs from 200 square feet to 1150 square feet, a variance of 950 square feet. Applicant also requests a variance from Section 21.7.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front yard setback from 30 feet to 10 feet, a variance of 20 feet for the placement of a freestanding sign.
