The only point of view that I have from the west is at the cul-de-sac on Pinewood Drive (where it still wasn't visible) with then and now photos. I'll send you a Dropbox invite with access to two the photos I've mentioned, since the file sizes and quality are too large for email. If it comes down to a backup, 7/2 would work better for us since 7/1 has an ARB meeting. The Zoning Ordinance doesn't require notifications for the balloon test, although abutting owners will be notified before the agent acts on the application per County Code 18-5.1.40(e)(4)(a). Any further notification for the balloon test is at your discretion, though I would recommend at a minimum notifying the Scottsville District's Board and Planning Commission members. If you're interested in pursuing notification, I can generate a mailing list for you. Let me know if there's anything else you need at this time. Thanks! I wanted to reach out to let you know that our office received your new submittal for the Shadwell (Easton Property) site and I'll be taking over this project from Chris Perez. We would like to conduct a balloon test for this project to account for the reduced height. Heather McMahon (CCed) was also at the last test as the ARB reviewer and will likely be reviewing this submittal as well. Per Section 5.1.40 of the Ordinance, we have 40 days from submittal (until 7/13) to hold the balloon test. However, I'll be out of town July 3-July 15 and both Heather and myself have conflicts next week. Would you be able to do a balloon test on any of these dates: Wednesday 6/19-Friday 6-21, Monday 6/24-Friday 6/28, or Monday 7/1-Tuesday 7/2?
