(The following review comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional review comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) This review was completed using the sections listed under Section 14-208.2 of the Subdivision Ordinance. References to Chapter 14 (Subdivision Ordinance / "S.O.") and/or Chapter 18 (Zoning Ordinance / "Z.O.") of the County Code precede each comment, as may be applicable. Sections 14-302.(A).5 and 14-303.(L)]: Please add a note explaining that modified easements and/or new easements to be dedicated to ACSA for water and/or sewer utility lines are proposed on the property, and a separate easement plat application will be submitted for review and approval. 2. [S.O. Section 14-302.(B).51: Please revise notes 6 and 7 to convey the following information: a. The property is zoned R-1 Residential. b. The following zoning overlays exist on the property: EC — Entrance Corridor; AIA — Airport Impact Area; and Steep Slopes — Preserved and Steep Slopes — Managed.
