RE: Woolen Mills Redevelopment — SDP-2017-76 Letter of Revision
Dear Mr. Fritz:
The following is a summary of changes reflected in the Letter of Revision #1 submission:
• Sheet C4.1A: Extent of pavement has been revised and two risers have been removed to match
the latest landscape plans.
• Sheet C4.2A: Extend of pavement near bottom of stairs has been revised and approach to
building entrance has been revised to match the latest landscape plans. Canopy has been added
to match the latest architectural plans, and canopy roof drain leader has been revised to match
new column location.
• Sheet C4.213: Stone retaining wall has been revised to concrete, new retaining wall has been
added, and stairs at pedestrian bridge have been removed to match the latest landscape plans.
• Sheet C4.3A: Extend of pavement has been revised, stone retaining wall has been revised to
concrete, and steel stairs have been added to match the latest landscape plans. Canopy has
been added to match the latest architectural plans.
• Sheet C4.313: Extends of pavement have been revised and paving stones have been added to
match the latest landscape plans.
■ Sheet C5.1A: Canopy roof drain leader has been reviewed to match new column location.
• Sheet C5.3A: Spot elevations have been revised to match the latest landscape plans.
Sheet C5.4A: Spot elevations have been revised to match the latest landscape plans.
• Sheet C5.413: Spot elevations have been revised to match the latest landscape plans.
• Sheet C5.4C: Spot elevations have been revised to match the latest landscape plans.
• Sheet C5.5A: Spot elevations have been revised to match the latest landscape plans.
• Sheet C5.5B: Spot elevations have been revised to match the latest landscape plans.
• Modifications to the E&SC plan was not required as part of this revision
• Stormwater routing did not require revision as part of this L.O.R.
