Remove 'Public' from the other drainage easement labels; Not needed. • Fix `Easment' misspelling for the Forest Open Space label. Sheet P6 — • ACSA sanitary easement extends thru RWSA property, and will need to provide evidence of agreement. Comment still valid. 02/25/2019 Jeremy Lynn Division: ACSA Requested Changes The RWSA easements do not show a deed book reference. Include these if the easements have been recorded. 02/22/2019 Victoria Fort Division: RWSA Requested Changes The developer provided RWSA with pdfs of the plat and deed of easement for the Woolen Mills LI Park for review. RWSA will be granting ACSA an off -site sewer easement as part of this project. I wanted to make sure you got my comment for the file, see below. Let me know if you need anything else from RWSA on this. 04/03/2019 Cameron Langille Division: CDD Planning See Recommendations Reviews Comments: All Planning comments have been addressed based on the revised plat dated 3-28-2019 sent to Cameron via email on 4-2-2019, aside from submitting the deeds of easement to us for review. One thing I wanted to ask: will the deeds for the new RWSA easements be recorded with the plat? If so, then the last ACSA comment is addressed.
