This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners, that S. L. Williamson
Company, Inc. , property described as Tax Map 100, Parcel 24A, Zoned RA/NR, has made
application for VA-90-20, requesting relief from Section(s) 5.8 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 5.8 to permit location
of an office trailer without site plan for permanent use.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on April 10, 1990, at
3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire
