Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoing property owners, that McKenzie Proper-
ties, Inc. (owners) , property described as Tax Map 32, part of Parcels 36, 36F
and 42, Zoned PD-SC, Planned Development Shopping Center, has made application
for VA-90-23, requesting relief from Section(s) 4. 15.3.7 of the Albemarle County
Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant requests a variance from Section 4. 15.3.7 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow 1.5 square feet of
wall signage per one linear foot at building frontage, not to
exceed 200 square feet of signage per tenant, for a maximum
of 556 square feet of wall signage, a variance of 356 square
feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on April 10, 1990, at
3:00 p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire
Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the Albemarle County Zoning
Office, 401 McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
