exterior in excess of the 200 sq. ft. limit. Specifically, signage
not to exceed 1 . 5 sq. ft. per linear front foot of building area.
No individual sign will exceed 200 sq. ft.
JUSTIFICATION FOR REQUEST: Variance is needed to allow shopping center
tenants to properly identify their businesses (see attached artist' s
rendering) .

Dear Mr. Grady:
Enclosed for your review are the following materials with
regard to the captioned:
1 . One (1) copy of a completed Application for Variance;
2 . One (1) copy of a survey of the Forest Lakes property
with the parcel at issue outlined in blue;
3 . One (1) copy of the Site Plan for the shopping center;
4 . One (1) copy of an artist' s rendering of the shopping
center showing the general configuration of the
buildings; and
5 . A check in the amount of $65 .00 for the application
fee, payable to the County of Albemarle.
If possible, we need to get on the docket for the April 10
meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals . If you need anything
else from me at this point, please let me know.
