Health Center, Inc. , c/o Andrew MacFarlan and Jeffrey D. Wolfrey (owners) , property
described as Tax Map 31, Parcel Cl, Zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development, has made
application for VA-90-34, requesting relief from Section 4. 15.3.5 and Section 20.8.6
of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 4. 15.3.5 to increase the
sign area of an identification sign from 2 square feet to 28 square
feet, a variance of 26 square feet. Applicant also seeks a variance
from Section 20.8.6 to reduce the required front yard setback from
the right-of-way of Route 743 from 80 feet to 20 feet, a variance of
60 feet to erect a freestanding identification sign.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on May 15, 1990, at 3:00
p.m. , in Meeting Room #7, Second Floor, County Office Building, 401 McIntire Road,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
