Dear Mr. Fox,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above -referenced site plan. The letter of revision
proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan, most recently dated 02-28-2019, and included in
the request letter dated 07-12-2019:
1. The reallocation of affordable accessory dwelling units within Block 22 of Old Trail Village. The final site
plan as originally approved on March 18, 2019, allocated accessory dwelling units to the following lots:
18, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, and 43. The revised site plan (sheets 4 and 5) submitted with
this letter of revision proposes to allocate accessory dwelling units to the following lots: 1, 6, 7, 10, 11, 15,
16, 22, 24, 25, 35, 36, and 37.
This reallocation also increases the total number of affordable accessory dwelling units in Block 22 from
12 units to 13 units. As a result, the amount of required parking for Block 22 increased by a total of two
(2) spots, which is shown on the revised parking summary table on sheet 1. This table indicates there is
still sufficient parking provided within Block 22 to accommodate the increase of one (1) accessory
dwelling unit.
There are no other changes to the approved site plan proposed.
This letter is the first (15t) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
