from Section 10. 4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as
follows:
The applicant seeks a variance from Section 10. 4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a detached
garage to be located 30 feet from the front property line,
a variance of 45 feet.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on
